VANGUARD: BEYOND THE HORIZON HOTEL GUEST PERSONAS
Four guest personas of likely demographics to visit Vanguard Hotel (see UI Design page for project info).
During this project, I acted as the UX/UI team lead. While most of the deliverables were UI focused, I acted as the voice of the user/guest throughout the entire ideation and execution process. I learned about user/guest personas, emotional journey maps, and other UX practices. Understanding the needs of the user, and focusing on creating for the user and not for other designers or the designer themselves, is the most important part of design and often gets lost in the design process.
